In Stage 1, we heard that watching a video by itself isn’t often helpful.
I'd like to use Twitter as my "just in time" professional development tool. Teachers would communicate with each other about new strategies and show samples to peers and supervisors with tweets. Then the tweets can be curated weekly into Storify for all to see.
This twitter collaboration makes it easier to offer feedback to new strategy learning and allows for coaching to happen simultaneously to implementation.
Have a pilot group of teachers who are comfortable with twitter contribute to a hash tag conversation to start and then communicate about classroom practice and products.
